Meditation

My experience since starting my blog has gotten better with the help of meditating and deep breathings throughout the last few days.  I am now in a much better place than when I started; although I'm still not sure I'm doing the blogging thing correctly.  I'm still not crazy about blogging but I have learned to handle the frustration with a more calming attitude.  I'm hopeful that things will go a lot smoother in the future.

Have a Blessed day everyone.

QUOTE

Life is the greatest teacher.  Our ability to see the way to a new approach requires deep humility in the face of wonder and mystery. Gratefulness, love, and compassion are essential tools to an inclusive and full-hearted system.

Journey of the Mind, Body, and Soul

Take a moment to enjoy God's awesomeness
After listening to "Meeting Aesclepius", I am now able to write my reflective statement with a more calming and loving-kindness emotion.  I struggled with creating the blog site because I was frazzled and too emotional from a very personal matter.  My mind was not still and I was trying to do too much at one time and did not want to take the time to thoroughly read all instructions prior to my creating the blog. Although this is totally new to me, and probably you too, I think it is a good thing to be able to touch your classmates in such a personal way.  Learning to create this blog is a way to touch those who are near and dear to my heart long after I've completed my studies at Kaplan.
